No two-hour minimums or long-term contracts. Just simple service, starting at $45/hour, billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour.
Family Friend Concierge is licensed, bonded, and insured. Karen is committed to being of service to the older adults in this community – and their family members.
Confidentiality: We sign a confidentiality agreement so you can be confident that personal and/or proprietary information is kept entirely confidential. Karen understands that you need to trust the person who sees your finances, knows your doctors and medical conditions, and sets up or helps organize your password maintenance solutions. We will never divulge that you are our client without your express permission.
Beyond the technical assistance and support, we can be your eyes and ears. We are dedicated to ensuring peace of mind for older adults and their families, whether the family lives far away or right nearby.

My mother is in an assisted living facility and they take care of her basic needs but Karen has really helped me manage her care from afar and improve the quality of her life. She helps her shop online, picks up the groceries she wants beyond the facility food, attends weekly happy hour with her and can also help me with any bills that she receives or fix her computer or phone.
